Please be aware all eligibility criteria must be met to approve the process:
· Returned to us in a brand-new condition (no perfume, stains, smells or makeup)
· Must not be washed or altered in any way
· Hangtags still attached
· Purple return tag must be attached to qualify for a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements
Shipping fees or custom fees are not refunded
Return back in the original mailer box.

We do not offer exchanges.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have for a refund and place a new order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can investigate and promptly assist you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items marked ‘Final Sale’ or ‘no refunds applicable’ are non-returnable. These will either be final sale items or due to hygiene reasons, e.g. earrings, body suits, etc.
No refunds for GiftCard purchases.
Refund Processing Times
It usually takes 2-3 working days to process your return after receiving them. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed back to your original payment method depending on your bank.
