Duties, Taxes & International Shipping Policy
International Orders
Custom fees and taxes are set by the customs authority in your destination country and are beyond our control.
To ensure a smooth and timely delivery process, all applicable customs duties and taxes for international packages will now be collected at checkout. You will see the amount on the line ‘Duties’ below your total.
This allows your order to clear customs without delay, avoiding unexpected charges upon delivery.
Order Processing
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing.
Orders placed after 2 PM Central time on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Delivery
Please keep in mind delivery times may vary due to peek periods, mail carrier issues or international customs clearance delays beyond our control.
After Dispatch:
Once an order has been shipped and is in transit, the order can no longer be cancelled.
If you suspect your package has been misdelivered or lost, please put in a claim directly with the mail carrier and you will receive a claim number.
Customers must notify us within 5 business days of dispatch if there is an issue with the delivery.
We will work with you to contract the carrier for an update on the package.
After Delivery Confirmation:
Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier and photographic or gps proof is provided, Ju:me Lifestyle is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
Ownership transfers to the customer at this point. Please double check with others in your home, around your property and with your neighbours.
